Children's Ministry

Raising up the next generation of revivalists is very important to Wellspring fellowship. We view our children as powerful instruments of God. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in the hearts of believers, including children, and this truth compels us to train our children to be powerful world changers. Biblical teachings on the heroes of the Bible are coupled with instruction on the gifts of healing and prophesy to equip our children to do mighty works for the Lord.

Since they are a force to be reckoned with, we named our children's ministry: Kingdom of God Force.

 

 

KOG Force

Children ages 0 to 12 years old are introduced into the amazing world of the Kingdom of God. A worship time is provided for the children, followed by a short lesson. The teacher spends time praying for each child and if the Lord gives the teacher prophetic insight into the life of the child, that prophetic word is recorded.

 

 

 

The children are instructed in the gifts of prophecy and healing. worship plays a big role in learning to hear from the Holy Spirit. The children learn to "soak" in the presence of God and to share their experiences with the class. The children take turns ministering with an adult on the prayer line at the end of the church service. In this way the concepts learned in class are activated and the concept goes from theory to reality in their lives.
